Neurodiversity Week

This week is Neurodiversity week. It is a time to celebrate the acceptance of neurodiversity, everyone being different, and raising awareness around this.

It is such an important area to discuss, and to consider how as a society we might work differently to support everyone and ensure that we can all succeed and be happy in life.

I recently read a fabulous resource which has been produced by Essex Family Forum which is titled; Supporting Your Neurodiverse Child. This resource is being rolled out within other counties, and is free to parents with neurodivergent children, and a very small cost for professionals to use and support parents.

It is also very informative for anyone wanting to know more about neurodiversity and how to support neurodivergent children.
